Service Description

In this workshop we will create balanced programming and functional movement training on the Arc using all 5 of the Balanced Body Movement Principles. Exploring Fun, Dynamic movement concepts and building on repertoire we already know and love! Attendee Receives 2 NCPT CEC’s Workshop not yet scheduled. Please Email for details or requests.
